By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Peptide.Express ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer," "you") and Peptide.Express ("Company," "we," "us").

All products sold through this Site are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will use purchased products solely for legitimate scientific research.
• You will not use any product for human or animal consumption, therapeutic application, or any clinical purpose.
• You understand that our products are not drugs, supplements, food additives, or cosmetics.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research peptides.

Peptide.Express assumes no liability for misuse of any product. Violation of this clause may result in order cancellation, account termination, and potential legal action.

• All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as reasonably possible.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• All information provided during checkout (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete.
• You authorize Peptide.Express to charge the payment method provided for the total order amount, including applicable shipping fees.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Peptide.Express does not store full credit card numbers.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or exceed reasonable quantity limits.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is shipped.

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Peptide.Express is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has shipped. This policy exists to ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Exceptions are made only for orders that arrive damaged or contain incorrect items. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement shipment or store credit at Peptide.Express's sole discretion.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, UI design, and software — is the property of Peptide.Express or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide.Express and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased, including but not limited to:

• Misuse of products in violation of these Terms.
• Errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions.
• Shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
• Any third-party actions or content.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide.Express and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any products purchased from us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Peptide.Express reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
