All delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed on the following business day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking information may not update for 12-24 hours after the shipping confirmation is sent.
  • During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may extend by 1-2 additional business days.

Packaging & Handling

Product integrity is our top priority during transit. All orders are packaged according to the following standards:

  • Peptides are shipped in sealed, sterile vials in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form.
  • Temperature-stable insulated packaging is used to protect products from heat exposure.
  • All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging with no product information visible externally.
  • Fragile items are cushioned with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states and territories).
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders. A physical street address is required.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding the purchase and possession of research peptides.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any peptide products once they have been shipped.

This policy exists to protect the integrity and safety of our products for all customers. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored or handled properly, and therefore cannot resell it. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or you received incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@peptide.express.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item(s).
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 1 business day.
  4. If approved, we will issue a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for resolution. Refunds to original payment method are only issued at Peptide.Express's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your building's mailroom. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 48 hours with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Peptide.Express is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist in filing a carrier claim on your behalf.
